Actually it's a two step install...2 hours day one (gas), then 4 hours day two for electrical and Generac set up and test. They did a beautiful, clean install. The person taking the information said she would be sure to allot enough time for the technician to conduct the load test. When the technician arrived in January, he said he was not made aware of the need for a load test and did not have time conduct one. He serviced the generator and told me he would call back within a week to schedule a load test. I told him I also wanted wifi connectivity for the generator. He said that if I obtained the mobile link unit (which I did), he would install it. It has now been over a month, and I never received a call back. I ended up switching companies.
