There were a few issues with the cabinet manufacturer, and Jeanne helped with resolving those and kept us informed on cabinet delivery time frames. Eric Nichols was our key person for the design, cabinet choices and the actual install, along with additional color input from his colleague, Jeanne Clark. Right from the start, Eric was willing to take time to do a site visit, a design and quote at no cost or commitment from us, even aware this wasn't a "high end" project (other kitchen centers required a significant "retainer" fee for a site visit and anything other than rough ballpark numbers). Eric was very patient with, and responsive to our endless detailed questions, and his extensive installation experience was extremely helpful in the design process and choice of materials (we chose Accent's US-made Candlelight line, very pleased with the quality). He carefully performed the demolition, cabinet installation and related carpentry himself; coordinated the electrical and plumbing work; and was amazingly efficient, with meticulous attention to detail. We did have an issue with the fabricator of the quartz countertops, but this was resolved, with Eric's assistance. This wasn't our first rodeo with major remodeling, having experienced the good and not-so-good several times. This was by far our best experience, and at a cost significantly more reasonable than indications from other dealers. I had priced cabinetry at a local big box store, and, as a result of consulting with Jeanne, she was able to save me hundreds of dollars. I later discovered her perfect eye for color and design with her mood boards.
