Trust his sizing recommendations. He does quality work and is a rare find in the contracting industry. The Full Version - I had problems with a brand new retrofit system done by a licensed HVAC contractor from Newnan. The quality of work was terrible, the furnace was inop following the installation and after I ordered sizing calculations, I confirmed my suspicion that the system was grossly oversized. I found Chris through an architectural technology YouTube channel I follow and had him come out and look at my problems. He was unbelievably respectful of the problem contractor, but honest in his evaluation and recommendations. After an extended period trying to get the original contractor to admit that the system he installed was not what was contracted and grossly oversized, I hired Chris to replace the entire system from the previous contractor. Chris' work was reasonably priced, especially for the level of quality. The installation was double checked and fully functional upon completion.
