They were complete junk!!!! The holes for the poles to interlock with each other were warped and would NOT hold the poles together. We were on grass, which was never asked and I didn’t know to tell them that. Had they sent anchors for the bases maybe, just mayyyybe we could’ve rigged them but the holes were still warped! I didn’t get to use a single piece of that mess. We took pictures to show them and when my husband took them back he tried explaining the problem. Just like when we picked them up 1 lady was incredibly rude. She did not care. Nothing is worse than an ungrateful, rude, unprofessional customer service worker. We will never use them again!!! **edited to add a reply You’re correct, I was confused on what I needed because as it appeared on your website I ordered the wrong thing. I told you specifically what I needed it for and I rented what you suggested. Setting up the (empty) poles on flat concrete vs loaded with drapes on grass are 2 very different things. The poles (hook holes) are warped and there’s no denying that. What would have been a successful resolution? Your demonstration to prove the poles were working correctly was a moot point considering the circumstances… concrete vs grass. So in the future for your other customers maybe express to them that the 8ft poles aren’t a good option if they would actually like them to stay erect and hold the drapes properly. If that one lady wasn’t so rude from the jump maybe we could have had a clear conversation of what was needed. Her demeanour was so off putting that I was just ready to get the transaction done!! If you would like to contact me personally I will be happy to give you a description of her, if you’re confused on who I’m referring to. - 1/5 — Anonymous Was over charged for a "deposit" then when we returned equipment they will not give deposit back .I called a few days ago and they said it would take 2-3business days to return to my account. Today I called and they rudley informed me that I would not get my deposit back if you are looking to rent used equipment make sure to take before and after photos so you can get ur deposit back customer service was awful - 5/5 — Anonymous Professional team, easy transaction. My charcuterie company was able to transform this beautiful cake stand from ABZ Rent-All. - 1/5 — Anonymous I visited the place around Christmas and rented a drum sander, employees are nice and they give you all the information needed. But the sander they gave me was tilted and also since they were close for Christmas they made me pay for another half a day additional to daily cost. I couldn’t tell them about the issue during Christmas Eve and Christmas and after Christmas when I returned the sander even after confirming that the drum was titled they did not refund or even partial refund!! Be extra careful about the tool that you are renting. US companies customer service is not like before COVID at all - 1/5 — Anonymous Spent $80 + on a floor polisher/sander which was clearly not meant for sanding. The machine tears and chews up the sand paper almost immediately after turning it on. After 2 return trips to purchase additional sheets of sand paper and 2 quick tutorials by their “technician” the machine still chewed up the sandpaper. We were told over the phone we were attaching the paper too tightly. When loosened the paper just fell off. Will not use ABZ again.
