Feeling skeptical, I got a second opinion, needless to say the other company has my heat pump working in a winter storm and I only had to pay a $90 service charge with them. Absolute tries to oversell (memberships, custom filters, etc.,) and seem to overcharge. Though my experience wasn’t the best, Absolute follows up and ensures you’re completely satisfied, no matter the outcome.
