The sales rep, Sean, was professional and helpful in providing options and ensuring the installation was scheduled to meet our availability. This is our first interaction with Above and Beyond since they and East Coast Plumbing have merged operations. A great start based on today’s work. - 1/5 — Anonymous 19 DAYS IN AUGUST NO AC! We thought we were going high end purchasing two Trane heat pumps from a well regarded installer. 18 months in one unit died. We spent big bucks on them and we had a service contract with Above and Beyond. We were absolutely shocked at the indifferent, unresponsive and unsympathetic response from the owner and office staff of this company. The owner GL was particularly detached from our struggles. After 16 days with virtually no communication I filed a complaint with nationwide Trane customer care. Within 3 days the part was delivered and installed. One of our short term renters struggled along with fans for a week. The last renter we refunded their money ($3500) to book with someone else. Initially we were quite pleased with Sean and the install staff. I had read all the positive reviews before going with this bunch. Find another HCAC company. These guys are not cheap. Not sure why they treated us so badly!
