This morning our furnace stopped engaging the fan at three in the morning while it was 37 degrees out. I immediately called their phone number and left a request for service asap and they were able to send a person today. We are so grateful. And B. was kind, polite, knowledgeable and very quickly figured out what had gone wrong and fixed it. (Spoiler alert: Change your furnace filters every three months so you don't stress your furnace motors!) He was able to clearly explain to us what had happened and I understood him immediately. Please give this fellow a raise! I'm so impressed he came after five o'clock and did not complain about the time or the long drive to get to us. I emailed Able that evening and Jamie called me early the next morning to schedule someone to come by the following day to fix it. Guys were here for about 30 mins and did a great job-- condensate line now has a positive slope the entire way. I trusted that Able would stand behind their work but it was nice to see it in action. Love these guys. Still highly recommended. My wife and I just had Able replace our 24 year-old gas furnace with an electric heat pump. Louis came by for a free estimate and spent nearly two hours here-- he first did a Manual J calculation so that we would know precisely and accurately what size system our home needs, then dove into the details of a couple different brands of heat pumps to make sure we got the best system for our needs. I had 2 other companies provide quotes before Louis came by and neither one did a Manual J-- one guy came over for about 15 minutes and said square footage alone is adequate for determining the right size unit for a house (false), and the other person gave me a quote via text message without stepping foot on my property at all (lazy). Louis was super friendly and down to earth and gave absolutely no pressure at all for us to make a decision or choose Able. He also went over "incentives" (rebates and tax credits) which will end up taking over $8k off the price of the system once tax credits are factored in-- a major difference! The other quotes I got said nothing at all about incentives. The installation team was great-- Andres, Kevin, and Daniella (?) were super friendly and worked hard for 8 hour straight to get our system up and running beautifully. In summary, we got top-of-the-line equipment at a great price from a company who clearly goes above and beyond in terms of customer service and honesty.
