The first time my husband asked for the right tool after watching the worker struggle with cheap equipment that broke. The second day he tried again with different cheap equipment and failed. And he smelled very strong of alcohol from the night before. Yuck. Then finally the third day they brought the right tool and they were in and out in 15 minutes. The worst part is that they billed us for all of their mistakes.
