Hick’s Gas filled up my tank & advised me to reach out to an HVAC company, seeing as they can’t turn heat on if there’s a leak. yikes, so with frozen fingers and toes i called Shadow Lakes Amenity Center and got the referral from them for AAA Comfort. the man that came out was punctual, even sent a text when he was on his way and when he arrived, and did a thorough inspection. he saw that there were no leaks (despite Hick’s Gas’ initial thought), and wrote up an invoice advising they turn my heat back on with no extra work. he was a complete lifesaver and told me things about my trailer i wasn’t even aware of. despite him looking young, he was extremely knowledgeable on the topic and should honestly be the face of the company, he’s polite, good looking, effective, positive, friendly, the list goes on. give this man a raise! oh, and definitely use AAA comfort for all of your HVAC needs :) - 5/5 — Anonymous AAA installed our hot water heater about 2 years ago and when we had issues with it about 6 months ago they fixed that with no issues immediately. Now this morning we work up with no heat called and within 2 hours came out fixed the problem with is great appreciated since its so cold. What can I do right? , of course pay him . Maybe some of you had a good experience but not for me.
