I have adjusted my rating in hopes they will do better in the future. Had the misfortune of meeting Dwayne (sp?) Davis of this company today. First he parked head on against our mailman blocking his clients driveway parked the wrong way on the street he inched up closer onto my property after the mailman left. At that point he was parked diagonally with the back of his van over 18 inches from the curb but he still traipsed across my lawn several times to get to the driver's side door. After he had been there over an hour I'd asked if he'd be "much longer?" He replied "no" - I said "good." Went to pick up my daughters...35 minutes later he's pulled directly in front of my house still parked facing the wrong way. My dogs were going nuts. If he had just parked the direction of traffic he wouldn't have been a nuisance but courtesy or professionalism is not this man's forte. He told me to call his office so I did - they have my name and number.
