I am very pleased with the work they did, the care they took to make sure they did not scratch or dirty anything and the time they took to make sure everything was done right. i want to thank Mike, Trey and Adam, the 3 men from AA service who spent the entire day putting in the unit. They had to hoist it up from the ground to the roof and that is 4 stories tall. They had to call and get additional help to hoist the unit. they were very careful to make sure that nothing was damaged. I was especially pleased with the professional way they did their job. They even helped me understand why one of the air returns was not working correctly and they closed the gap in the return so it would work better. They did not have to do this but once they saw the problem they did what they could to remedy it. thank you for your service. Tim Zels came out and recommended a new furnace and suggested adding another return duct because the unit was being staved of air. Tom Korsak and William Travis came out and did an excellent job with installing the new furnace. Not only were they very clean, protecting all my floors from front door all the way to furnace, they made sure the install looked professional. Great job start to finish.
