These guys rock!!!! Very professional, fast, intelligent, honest, and affordable! It’s un-freaking-believable that we still have small businesses in this country serving the community with great old-school customer service. Now I can sit on my throne with a smile on my face! Thanks, guys—you’re appreciated!

Five star service from start to finish. Here's how simple. Called number on site, Rick called me back within the hour. Told him what I needed and texted him my address and phone number, I told him no rush. The next morning Danny called me to come and talk to me. I told home what I wanted and we agreed on a price. Danny and his cousin (I forgot his name. Lol) went to home depot picked up the toilet and installed and did some other work in about two hours. Installed toilet and trash taken away and clean both bathrooms. Super fast, super clean, would recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Totally satisfied. Thanks guys,

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They arrived quickly, were very clean, polite and friendly. They replaced a kitchen faucet and did an excellent job, while being respectful of my home and cleaning up after themselves. This company responded to my call promptly. Scheduled an appointment without delay, called me when they were on their way, and arrived at the time promised.

Having had previous negative experiences with other Service Companies companies, I must mention how wonderful it was to Feel Safe when they entered my home. So many other companies employ questionable looking and behaving workers, that if you saw on a street, and you were alone, you would turn and RUN! These people are so nice and respectful, it is like inviting a friend into your home. If you are a single female, you know what I mean. It was a breath of fresh air! I look forward to doing business with A-1 Plumbing in the future. 🫠

1 Star – A Costly and Frustrating Experience with A-1 Plumbing

I hired A-1 Plumbing through my home warranty to repair a leak in my kids’ bathroom, and it turned out to be one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

While the warranty covered the plumbing, I paid $700 out-of-pocket to have the bathroom cabinets removed and reinstalled. I specifically asked if they’d be properly reinstalled and was assured they would be. Unfortunately, that was far from the case.

Poor Workmanship:
They left the drywall repair exposed, rough, and unfinished—no sanding, no sealing, nothing. The cabinets were reattached crooked, unlevel, and not flush to the wall. There were visible gaps, misaligned doors, and jagged edges. The entire job looked rushed and careless.

Unprofessional Behavior:
The workers used inappropriate language, made rude comments about my dogs, and even kicked bags around inside my home, making loud banging noises. I felt extremely uncomfortable and disrespected in my own space.

Lack of Accountability:
When I contacted A-1 to fix the issues, they first denied responsibility, claiming “it was already like that.” After pushing, they sent someone back—but the “repair” was even worse. A worker used a nail gun on my cabinets, leaving visible holes and even puncturing through the inside. When I confronted him, he told me to just use nail glue to fix it myself. One worker even admitted, “That was the best I could do.”

After several failed attempts, I finally reached the owner, Rick. Rick and his team left my house a mess and did not want to come back and fix my cabinet install and additional leak they made in water heater. But by then, I refused to let them back in—especially after learning that some of the offensive language I overheard actually came from the owner himself used while in my home and talking about my animals.

And now, it’s costing me a lot of money to fix their mistakes. I’m paying out of pocket to have the damage professionally repaired, and I fully intend to send A-1 Plumbing the bill. Their negligence should not fall on me financially or emotionally.

Final Thoughts:
This company left my home in worse condition than it was before. They showed no care, no accountability, and no professionalism. I absolutely cannot recommend A-1 Plumbing to anyone. If you care about your home and expect respectful, quality service—look elsewhere. I hope this review helps others avoid the same costly mistake.

My home warranty found this tech for me. On 1/22/26(thuesday) I recieved a voicemail call from Reece asking to schedule an appointment. It's almost 1pm I call back, there was not appointment we discussed. He was like im headed to you. I said we'll how long is it going to take for you to get here, I have to pick up my kid from school at 1:30pm and than head to work to be there at 2:30pm.
So he pulls up and I explain my toilet issues for both my toilets, my sinks slow draining and my kitchen sink leaking. I also mentioned that my septic was more than likely full and I only mentioned that to let him know im aware of another possible issue. But I specifically asked him to check to see why my toilets were leaking at the bottom, why one of them sound like theres running water, leaking at bottom as well. Check under the house to see if there was a leak in a pipe or a busted pipe. And possibly to see if there was a clogged in a pipe somewhere. He walked outside for a bout 5-10 minutes in addition to making a phone call. He than approached me without doing any work on my toilets and sink and said that he thought he had a tool in his truck that he needed and he'd have to come back tomorrow and that its a teo man job and he was going to bring someone with him. Than he asked me for my money, the payment, I was so cringed because for one he just walked around like he didnt know what he was doing. And two, he for damn sure didnt do anything. I didnt want to pay until something was accomplished but if I dont than home warranty takes it out my account. I asked him around what time he'd come the next day. He said he'd call. I was off work the next day. I waited all day until about 3pm and Noone called or came by. I called the number Reece had contacted me from, Vinny answered. He said that they could service me because the septic needed to be pumped and they dont do that. And the only reason Reece came to that conclusion and told Vinny what he thought was because i explained everything in a whole what was going on in the house. On their truck is says they do pump septic. And Reece said they did. But regardless they didnt even attempt to do the simplest tasks I had requested which was to see why my toilets are leaking at bottom, sink leaking, slow drainage, etc. I felt robbed of my hard earned money. We are all struggling, I understand they are trying to make thier money, too. But you have to actually work for it, especially if that is your job description. It's taken me this long to do a review or contact anyone because I tried calling that number back, Noone answers, I left a voicemail, they dont return my call. Reece had me write the check out to his boss Rick Ramos instead of the company name, so I couldn't recall the name of the company that got sent out. I had to call home warranty to find out who the sent in addition to looking on Google.
Basically at this point they need to do the repaires because not only did I pay but the warranty paid their part as well. OR SIMPLY GIVE ME A REFUND, for poor lack of service.
I was looking forward to repairs getting accomplished in my home, im a single mother of two, so we are getting very tired of living the way we've had to in these past months. And I work real hard for my money. We deserve better.
