Communication and scheduling was extremely efficient and easy . The team of Isaiah and Steve were extremely professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. They checked every aspect of the job with us and installed our lights very efficiently.. They explained everything they did , checked their work for accuracy. We would be happy to work with them again... no doubt ! Excellent work from start to finish!! The arrived on time and completed the installation of a car charger and garage outlets in one day (they were scheduled for two). Our house was difficult to wire but they found solutions and explained why and where they ran wire and conduit. They cleaned up everything before they left and explained all of their work prior to leaving. I was extremely happy their work and professionalism. I will be going with A-Z electric again if I need any electrical work. - 5/5 — Anonymous The crew at A-Z Electric have come through for us (on an emergency) ...FOR THE THIRD TIME!!! Our area had a number of power blips/outages after the first significant snow in Dec. After the power was restored, one leg of our electric service dropped out. The power co. determined that the power to the house was stable up to and after the meter and concluded that it was an issue inside the house. I called our trusted family electricians at A-Z and I can't say enough about how responsive and caring that Tammy was in assessing our situation!!! She had Ricky and Taki out to our place later that same day. Both were friendly (and grateful for being able to work inside) and were prepared for pretty much anything they needed to handle. After doing some troubleshooting on utility power and on generator power (a Generac that A-Z sized and installed beautifully six years ago) they quickly diagnosed the problem with our standby generator transfer switch. They had the replacement part with them and had it changed out within an hour. Once installed, they ensured that the transfer switch worked properly and that power to the house was stable on utility and generator power. After discussing the frequent power blips and fluctuations we experience in this area with Ricky, he recommended some changes to the generator programming that would reduce unnecessary wear on the generator and transfer switch and made those changes for us. I can't say enough about this company. They have come to our home to do other work as well and they are always on time, finish the work when they say it will be done, and charge us what their detailed quote says it will cost. The staff and techs are always friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable about what they do. Isaiah came to my house on Tuesday to give me an estimate then came back on Wednesday 05/15/25 to do the work. This was work for a inspection to sell my house. He put on booties when he came in the house which was much appreiciated. He replaced two boxes that were two prong with GFCIs in my basement and replaced a faulty outdoor GFCI. He even moved the two indoor boxes up higher since they were behind shelving which made them hard to use.He filled the holes in the cinderblock with silicone. He did his work efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up after he was finished. He's a great person to have work on your house. He puts you at ease especially as a woman alone.
