As a result, we only received a written report and were told the video could not be recovered. The company offered to return to re-record the sewer scope, but the property is located far from us, requiring over a two-hour round trip and a second day off work, which would be highly inconvenient. They provided an $80 refund, which we felt did not fairly reflect the missing sewer scope video from a $350 service. We were disappointed not to receive the video, as it is an important component for documentation and real estate negotiations. The technician also did not verify that the video had been properly saved before leaving the property, which is a critical mistake given that the recording is a key deliverable of the service. I reached out to the company again, and was ASSURED that someone would not only go to the property to do the repair, but that a senior technician would reach out to me about the issue. Again, no one went out to the property, and I never received an explanation as to why. EXTREMELY unreliable and would not recommend using these guys in ANY kind of emergency.
