I came in for an oil leak on my 2017 CLA 250 that came from my turbo and Moz was very helpful through out the whole process. Not once did he ever try to upsell me anything and even had fair prices for all parts that i needed for my repair. Moz was always honest throughout the whole time with prices and procedures. Other problems were found with my car and would be told by Moz without asking. Not once did he ever try to push any other repairs on my car but would just recommend them to me and always reassured me that it was my decision at the end of the day for any repairs that i wanted done.
