He worked for over 2 hours and tsted the finished job for leaks and volume of water. He guaranteed his work for 1 year. I was happy with his professionalism and the quality of his work. He left the bathroom area clean. I would have wished someone had the sense to call back earlier anyway since this was communicated as time sensitive. I had to find another plumber repeat the inspection since it was 2 business days and the weekend that passed. The new plumber ended up fixing everything. Again I do think they were knowledgeable and nice people. Changing from 1 star back to 4 stars for the effort and eventual followup. ***original review** nice people and knowledgeable but not trustworthy. i paid for a plumbing inspection service and was promised a reciept and writeup of the issue. After payment they didn't hold up their end of the bargain. Felt ripped off. they were unreachable afterwards too. I called their number multiple times and an automated service answered every time.
