He had to come back out to my house again today to finish the work because some of the fixtures I bought didn’t fit. And because of a misunderstanding with customer service thinking he was finished with the job. He felt bad and brought a better shower fixture to be installed. He had to replace some old piping and was here for a while. When he left for another job he had with someone else- he had to return, as there was a leak on the drain in the tube. It was very late but he came and fixed it. He cleaned everything up. He is nice to talk too and he was friendly to my yapping dogs. Him and the boss were good about working with me about the cost. I am grateful for that.
