There were visible drip marks and uneven finishes that were blamed on the semi-gloss paint. However, the semi-gloss finish was recommended to me by Alexyz, as I had no prior knowledge of paint finishes and specifically asked her for guidance since they are the professionals. I explained that I had no preference for any particular finish and expected their expertise to help me understand the options and what would best suit my home. That kind of informed direction is what I would reasonably expect from a professional company. If he had concerns, why did he not call me directly as the business owner to discuss them?
