It was so efficient and easy. His team is extremely professional and he is an excellent communicator. I can’t believe how quickly and simply everything was handled. - 1/5 — Anonymous Nothing but fake promises that lead to nowhere. I have known Mike for a few years now since 2015 to be precise. He used to be a reliable resource up until last year when he has lost his touch. Not only he does not do anything good quality anymore but you have to literally bag him on your knees to pick up the phone. He does not care nor his office assistant. Be ready to leave 100 voice mails with no returned calls, even if he shows up he immediately bails with an excuse that he was scheduled for something else but not wanted you really needed the help with. It applies to small things like angle stops, cartridges or bigger things like sinks and water heaters. The guy does not care, well… it is worth leaving a review to make the rest of folks aware that this guy cannot be trusted. This home visit was for a furnace malfunction. He diagnosed the problem in less than 2 minutes based on the noise it was making, added some lubricant to stop the squealing, ordered a new part, picked It up the next day, installed it in less than 5 minutes and was done. People may not know that he is an expert at heating and air conditioning as well as plumbing. Like having an engineer on the job. His crew is great also. Honest and worthy of your trust. You'll never be disappointed. BTW, he's very busy. I called and reached the owner on a Friday evening. I did not have water running or leaking and he said if I could live with it though the weekend he would send a repairman first thing Monday morning and it would save me money. The repairman arrived promptly Monday and fixed that problem. In the meantime we had other plumbing issues. The man returned and removed and installed a new garbage disposal and fixed some other issues we realized needed attention. They’re truly a full service plumber, very experienced and professional.
