The gave me several options to choose from and did not pressure my decision in any way to go with the Moen faucet I ended up having them install. They ran back to the shop and got the one that I wanted and got right to work. While Marco was working on the install, Dave walked me through all of the plumbing fixtures in my house to let me know how they were doing and let me know that if I wanted to upgrade any of the fixtures in my new home in the future that they would be honored if I gave them a call.
