He was quick to respond and keep the work progressing until the job was done. The office people were very nice too. He explained everything, showed up on time for the estimate and the job, and did an excellent pipe repair under the sink, fixing the leak and finding another problem on the dishwasher drainage, which he also fixed. He also gave me a lead on the possibility that my CA restricted flow kitchen faucet is the reason for my lack of hot water from my tankless water heater that is not designed for CA flow rates. I knew they were the ones to contact for anything plumbing related because there are a bunch of issues in my neighborhood with busted pipes and I always see their service vehicles around which told me they are a trusted contractor. We try to support local businesses whenever possible. I called (after hours) Monday, the next day we received an estimated and by the following day the work was complete! We were very fortunate. Communication was exceptional; they have a top-notch phone/messaging system. Everyone I spoke with expressed genuine interest in our concerns and helping us complete the project in a way that made the most economical sense. The quote was fair and even though there were a few changes once the work was completed the price was the same as quoted. The technician was on time and messaged me with updates on his arrival. Anthony was very amicable and explained to me what the plan was before starting the project to ensure my satisfaction. Overall the communication at every level exceeded expectations. This company exudes professionalism in how the estimate was provided to project completion.
