Marissa and LaDonna in the office provided regular updates and communicated timelines along with coordinating the project but also helped to research, identify and secure multiple rebates and grants that assisted in financing the endeavor. The installation team of Aaron, LJ and Austin arrived on time, communicated throughout the installation process and were very amicable. They began by protecting all the floor surfaces with tarps and were careful when loading bulky and heavy equipment in and out of the house. The team went the extra mile by ensuring that cables, hoses and pipes were installed in an unobtrusive manner to maintain aesthetics and positioned equipment to ensure easy access to filters and displays. Upon completion the team left the work areas spotless and Aaron reviewed the operation and maintenance of the equipment in addition to ensuring the WiFi connections were established and that my devices were connecting to the hardware. I am confident that the team will be here to assist with maintaining the systems into the future.
