Everyone is very respectful and very good at what they do! I’ve had a hot water heater installed, a whole A/C and furnace put in and as of lately they did a complete bathroom remodel because I had a shower pan leak from the previous owners trying to DIY the downstairs bathroom and didn’t hot mop it. First choice took care of everything including setting up and scheduling all subcontractors. They were able to work around my schedule and always showed the upmost respect when working at the house. First choice is always looking out for your best interest. They are able to figure out the problem and work with the customer on figuring out the best solution! The expertise and superb customer service you get from First choice is top notch. I will always use and recommend them for any plumbing , heating/Air, and flood & restoration needs! Matt and his team drove all the way down from Oceanside to South Bay regardless of the weather to get the pipe leak fixed. We had to get our kitchen restored. It took months for the insurance to resolve the issue. Matt stayed true to his word and helped us get our kitchen back. He had different team of experts from painting, cabinetry, and countertops. They were always on-time, very professional and hard working. They were even ahead of schedule. You could tell that they really took pride of their work-they were detailed oriented just like me! They were quick to come to the property and provide an estimate and they started work the day after closing. The job was done sooner that I expected even though it was around the Thanksgiving holidays and the cost was exactly the amount they quoted me in the estimate. I would come by the property every day and I could see that the quality of their work was outstanding. When the work was done, I had brand new PEX pipes through the entire house (with copper pipes within a foot of the outlet connectors), brand new shower heads and faucets, a brand new regulator, new laundry connectors, new icemaker, etc, and they also installed new pipes from the city main to the garage. At the end, the dry wall and matching paint looked immaculate and they put back all the dirt they had dug in the front lawn (to get to the pipes) and they put back the grass and everything looks exactly like it was before. They also recommended I replace my really old water heater and they gave me a great price on the labor and parts. The plumbing job passed all inspections and we quickly got a permit from the city. In addition to the quality of their work, Michael and Matthew are great people and a joy to work with. I'm glad I have met them and I will be calling them in the future for any plumbing and gas pipe issues. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything clearly and they are super nice, friendly, honest, and reliable.
