I was draining dishwater from kitchen sink and water pouring out the basement ceiling. My husband ran upstairs to see what I had done. An hour later (now midnight) he had sawed thru back of under-sink cabinetry and found a rust hole in original drain pipe. The pipe turned a sharp left behind dishwater and down to basement. We knew it would require more than my husband to do all this repair. I checked BBB and Google reviews and 1-Tom Plumber had excellent comments. I made an appointment and Brad was out the next a.m. He did a thorough inspection of the problem and worked out an estimate with the office. He said the job was going to take a big chunk of the day as well as another worker. We paid $99 for his time and efforts. Once we agreed to the work to be done, this money was deducted from our total when the job was done. Brad and Parker did a TON of working; moving dishwasher and stove away from wall, checking roof vents, installing and removing pipes. About 6 hours and everything looked good. Even though the job entailed more work than expected, the estimate stayed the same. This really made a good impression on us. So very satisfied with the professionalism and the skill level shown by these young men. Brad the plumber gave us an estimate and he came back and installed the job which was great to have the same guy both bid and do the work. I called the dispatch ( Jennifer ) was amazing and another young lady I spoke with. So (Jacob) came out on 2/1 . He was so professional young man took his time found out the problem fixed the leak it was a drain issue we was having . He was so patient and he had several other jobs to go but you would have thought we was it the way he made sure he resolved the issue … Great experience!! After getting quotes on that, I actually had a leak in another room that I had him check while he was here. He was able to take care of the leak in just that visit, which took a lot of anxiety off of me. He then made a return visit to install a new hot water tank. The service was excellent. He was kind, he educated me and he kept the job clean the whole time. I will most definitely be a repeat customer, Not just because of the great service, But because I was able to trust the person performing the work.
