I had a toilet that would wobble every time someone sat on it, and it made me nervous that something was seriously wrong. I contacted this plumber, and he arrived right on schedule. He inspected the base and quickly found that the flange underneath was loose. He explained exactly what needed to be done and gave me a fair estimate upfront. He carefully removed the toilet, repaired the flange, resealed everything, and reinstalled the toilet securely. Once he was finished, it felt completely stable — no wobbling at all. He also checked for leaks around the base and cleaned up every bit of debris. I really appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism. It’s such a relief knowing the issue is finally fixed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any plumbing repairs.

Very quick to respond, Tech and Helper very clean cut and very Neat. They were professional plumbers. answered all my questions and made me feel safe.

This company is totally incompetent. I bought a new dishwasher, PC Richards would not install it because they said the sink was leaking and I needed a plumber to fix it. Warshaw sent two incompetent individuals who arrived two hours later than scheduled, destroyed my entire day and caused me to miss an appointment. I paid extra to have them complete the installation of the dishwasher. They failed to secure the unit under the cabinet and when I opened the door to the dishwasher, the entire thing fell forward on to the floor. I had to pay PC Richard $300 to come back and finish the install. The sink was still leaking however and Warshaw returned. This time, one of their workers was sneezing, neither worse masks inside the apartment. Calls to the company go unreturned, despite promises of being called back. This company is the worst of the worst, do not use them. They deserve to go out of business. Terrible, I want my $600 back.
