Drew and Justin did a good job restoring power to my house once again. They both communicated very well and Tim from Nipsco was also available and ready to help. They all did a good job. It is hard to believe Nationwide did not cover my home on this issue. I had to repost my review again because of Google maps guidelines concerning my unique name and a wrist watch company in Switzerland. Drew, Justin and Tim were right on time. I posted a wrist watch of Marvin Watch 1850° and one of my image designs on their website.

Outstanding service! Matthew and Bryson were fantastic. Everything was thoroughly explained in language my wife and I could understand. I had several electrical issues and each was explained and cost was itemized helping us prioritize them as well. They were friendly and courteous and had great respect for our home, not a speck of dust or debris left behind. Matthew did an awesome job of explaining their maintenance and warranty program, which I highly recommend as it paid for itself this visit alone!!! I can't say enough about them and will 100% be using them again. They have earned my loyalty for sure!
