Joseph Spielman from American Rooter was fantastic. He arrived quickly, was friendly and professional, very patient and immediately put me at ease. He clearly explained what he was doing, reassured me that the issue wasn’t serious, and gave helpful advice on what to watch for in the future. Efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!
