We had an excellent experience with American Professional Plumbing company. We have been having from high water bills for months and new we had a leak. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, their team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and provided a fair and transparent estimate before starting the work. The repair, which turned out to be a complete replacement of our front water main pipe, was completed efficiently and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. They left the area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. American Professional Plumbing also offered a lifetime warranty for the completed work as well. We highly recommend American Professional Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled plumbers. I will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I called APPS on a Friday night at 8PM with an emergency sewage backup in our house. We had a plumbing professional from APPS at our home within the hour. Sebastian took the time to educate us on our entire home’s plumbing system (we were clueless) and explained in depth what he would do to diagnose and fix the issue before he got to work. The issue we had was so bad it required a backup call to a Master Plumber around 12:30AM. The Master Plumber, Bobby, came out and worked with Sebastian until 3AM to temporarily fix an issue that needed a much deeper repair. The fix allowed us to use our toilets and shower until we were able to schedule the follow-up repair!! We ended up having a massive sewer main break a few feet off our foundation. APPS was quick to schedule the repair, and when Miss Utility was slow to respond and mark the property, APPS personally contacted them and showed up at our property with Miss Utility in tow to mark all the underground utilities before the project started the following day. I can’t say enough amazing things about the attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism I experienced with this crew. The day of our scheduled repair, we had 5 or 6 plumbers at our property exactly when they said they would be there to begin working, and they got to work immediately. Throughout the day we had at least 10 members of their team here, and during lunch - when some of the crew went to grab food - the other guys stepped in to make sure there was no delay in getting the job done. The crew was here from 9am until about 10pm working, and they informed us of their progress and findings throughout the day. We never felt out of the loop, and we, without a doubt, knew we were receiving the best quality work we could have asked for on our home. As newer home owners experiencing devastating news regarding the original plumbing work done by the builder on our home, I felt like with APPS we had someone in our corner advocating for us. They took the time to fix the negligent mistakes of the individuals who did the original work on our sewer during building. I will never trust another plumbing company with plumbing work on our home, and I will recommend them to any one who is looking to get any kind of plumbing or HVAC services done on their homes. Our homes are supposed to be our safe havens where we can go to escape the chaos of the world, so when something catastrophic happens it’s important to feel like you have someone to call that you can trust. I TRUST APPS, and I can’t say THANK YOU enough for the time, care, and effort they put into the work they did for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. In a world where great customer service is hard to come by, APPS restored my hope and my sanity. Thank you to Sebastian and to Bobby and the entire crew for everything your team did for our family. Had a backed up sink in my kitchen on a Sunday. Tried to fix it myself with no luck. Snaked it up to 15ft. Called American Professional Plumbing and they were at my door in less than an hour. Got the drain cleared and fixed a leak quickly and professionally. John was great. Would absolutely use again.
