Communication from the office was excellent, Shanna kept everything organized and responsive. Seth came out to handle the repair and did a very thorough job. He installed the parts correctly, tested everything carefully for leaks before leaving, and cleaned up the work area. Very professional, friendly service. I had a bit of an emergency today and I was able to get an appointment for today. One of my exterior hose bibbs was leaking. I called American Plumbing and made an appointment for after 12:00 pm. Seth promptly showed up a little after 12:00pm. He explained how he was going to do the job, and also went over different types of hose bibbs. Seth's work was excellent! He also works very neatly. No mess to pick up after his work was done. I want to thank American Plumbing and Seth, specifically, for their prompt attention and excellent workmanship.l
