Email contact for estimate did not work and after a month I called and got Betsy. That worked. Estimator Craig showed in a few days. He was great. Installer George and Buddy did job installing sevice riser/pole in a couple of hours and looked good. Had to deal with Electrical Inspector Yuri myself. Still had no power as best I could tell by no Info coming from Security cameras / Wifi Tstats (hours away) . Even after I Emailed the issue and was told to "Check the Breakers" NYSEG Complete. Had friend look at wires to house. NYSEG did not connect and crimp main lines. Called office and Emailed numerous times day after. No call back or help (Nov 6th 2025). Had to drive back to Seasonal House. 4+ hours round trip. Sent pics of no connections at new house riser. Had to contact NYSEG scheduler Steve Cumpston myself and luckly he replied got a crew to come over that was in the area with dozen other crews for wind damages who fixed the wires in a half hour. Never heard back from anyone at American Electric for like a so sorry etc. So good estimator, installers. Poor follow up for no power to house after work and being that American Electric is only 17 miles away from house to reverify NYSEG work and why I had no power seem not very good. Like telling someone you sure it is plugged in. Was told would not even have to be there if I gave the access to house. I did give them the code but ended up there more than I wanted to be and dealing with way more than I even expected.. Even loaning their crew a step ladder. I still would use again as the other place that begins with SUM never called back Post review
