We had a soft water/Reverse Osmosis system sold and installed by Louis from Ambient Edge in Kingman, Arizona. Louis is an excellent sales representative and was also the one who installed the units. So it was nice not to have the sale handed off. Louis took his time with his presentation, made sure my mom understood and was kind to our family pooches. I am grateful for Louis and his professionalism, knowledge of his product and patience when training. Louis was accompanied by Anthony on the day of the installation. Louis’s follow through and attention to detail is someone you want to come into your home for an important installation such as a water softer/RO system. So thank you gentlemen for taking the time to assure the units were installed and working appropriately. And thank you Louis for being on time and for your humble spirit. I love my new ducts, rooftop unit and thermostat! The air quality in the house improved instantly. Great to finally be able to set different temperatures throughout the day. Chris, Connor & Travis did a wonderful job; it was very fast and well organized. They also cleaned up well. Would recommend and will be currently regularly utilizing their services for maintenance.

First, the response time was excellent. Ou technician Christopher arrived as expected. He introduced himself immediately to my wife and I. We told him the issues that we were experiencing and he emeaditly got to work. During his time here he always kept us informed as to the progress of the work. After completing the repairs he advised of the problem and advised what was done to repair it. Chris should be commended for his superior work ethics. Also he his a very polite and courteous professional. Both my wife and wish there was more people like him.
