Jeff came out to my house to replace my bathroom hydrotherm baseboard. During the work I mentioned I like to learn, so while Jeff was working he taught me everything he was doing. New baseboard is in, looks great, no leaks, Jeff gave me some suggestions for my boiler that I'll pursue with Altrol. Great job, thanks Jeff for you taking the time to do a little teaching as you worked.

Good day Fairbanks. Today was awesome.Jeff, and Andrew came and installed a new furnace in my apartment. They are so professional so courteous so respectful they got their job job done before the end of the day. They started at 9:30. We’re done at 2 o’clock this afternoon. It was incredible. Thank you so much for all the service you provide for our community.

I’ve always loved working with Altrol as a vendor for my clients, and this week they came through for me at my own home as well. I had a deep clog in my main drain line that caused a backup, and Dan was dispatched promptly, even late in the evening. He worked diligently to locate and clear the issue, despite clearly having long days already behind him. Great service, excellent communication from dispatch, and friendly staff all around. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
