My house is fully electric, something I was looking for when buying a house in 2025, until I started getting insane electric bills. After an extensive research a Heat Pump is the best economic way to lower electric bills while providing all year round comfort. I had consultation with multiple companies, where I felt like my needs and wants did not matter, rather it was them selling me what I absolutely did not need. I wanted Fujitsu from the start as I have had these units before and never had any issues, after ChatGPT that is how I found this company, because they are also Elite certified by Fujitsu, which actually means a lot. I made the call, few days later I met Alfonso, I was heard, and I was not oversold on anything, it felt honest from the start with explanations as to why. I was given multiple payment options, which outbid all the other companies I’ve met with. I won’t say it was cheap, but it was affordable, and with my electric bills it made total sense. 1 week before installation I met project manager Liam, as well as Alfonso was back again, everything was going according to the plan. Day of installation 01/12/2026, Santos and Wilson arrived early, and I was blown away from the whole experience, I mean just WOW, never in my life have I ever seen such high level of professionalism. They wore booties on their shoes, covered with protective material all my floors, cleaned up any mess right away, very respectful of my home, always smiled and spoke to me politely, but most importantly they knew what they were doing. It took them a little over 2 days on such a big job and any accumulated trash they it took away. This is what I call professional on another level. Last day 01/14/2026 Liam arrived, checked finished product, went over with me everything that I needed to know, helped me set up wifi functionality, and it was done. I took 4 days off from work thinking I would need extra days off after to clean up, but that extra day off is rest with cozy comfort of my home. I would highly recommend this company.

We took a big leap and are thrilled! Our old oil furnace needed to be replaced, on the coldest day of the season! so we chose to switch to central heat pump and air mini-split. Shout out to the team at Alpine Air Heating & Air Conditioning who put in the new units in this old house of ours. This may seem an odd concept, but the crew are happy workers, they genuinely enjoy the company they work for and it shows in their work. No joke, today two of the crew were singing, “Hakuna Matata” from the Lion King, and having fun while working, love it!

We unexpectedly lost heat on a very cold morning at 5am. I made the call to Alpine immediately and left a message on their emergency line. They got back to me very quickly, set up a same day appointment and showed up exactly when they said they would. Brian quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The heat immediately turned back on. He gave the entire system a once over to make sure everything was working properly and was done. Brian was very knowledgeable, courteous and left everything clean and in working order. Highly recommend them!
