All temp came out multiple times. They would “fix” some of our units just to come back out a short time later and say there is something else wrong. We spent thousands of dollars just to end up with the same units not working. Very fustrating and disappointing. That being said, we will not keep pouring money into this company, as I do not trust that they can fix the issues.
I had a very disappointing experience with Alltemp. After contacting them about an issue with my system, I was initially quoted a high amount for what they claimed was a necessary repair. However, I doubted the accuracy and necessity of this diagnosis after personal inspection. I reached out multiple times to address the discrepancies I noticed, but each time, my concerns were dismissed by the company. I was informed that my concerns would be addressed once I proceeded with the unexpected high repair they quoted. Additionally, after multiple attempts to seek assistance, I received an updated invoice nearly a month later, which included the charge for the assessment. This delay felt unusual and added to my frustration. After posting a review about my experience, a representative called me immediately. The concerns I outlined in my emails, were not fully addressed and there was no resolution after the discussion, despite efforts. When I inquired about a refund for the initial assessment, the representative commented that it was ‘pretty messed up’ to ask for a refund. This response felt unprofessional and shifted the focus away from the concerns I was hoping to resolve. Saying something like this is unprofessional, as it shifts the conversation away from addressing legitimate concerns. This response left me uncomfortable and uncertain about pursuing repairs through Alltemp. I felt that my concerns were reasonable, given the situation, and expected a more respectful approach from a company. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with concerns about the transparency and professionalism of Alltemp. Updated review to improve clarity and accuracy based on further exchanges and reflection. Following my previous exchanges, I have since had a licensed plumber inspect my system’s drainage, and they verbally confirmed that they found no issues with it ultimately addressing my concerns. I’m awaiting the final report.
