Alliance Home Inspections

Erik Morse did an excellent job inspecting our house. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His inspection was thorough and detailed, giving us confidence that nothing was overlooked. We really appreciated his professionalism and the care he put into the work. Highly recommend!

So this is going to be a different (but extremely positive review of Alliance) So my first contact with them was absolutely amazing. Callie, answered my call and was super friendly, listened and heard what I was calling in about since I am out of state, and generally cared about talking with me. She answered all of my questions, and there was some bouncing back in forth, not because of Alliance or herself, and she helped me through all of this. In today's world it is extremely rare to find someone who smiles through all the headache. She is one of these employees that I believe deserves recognition. From my experience, she is a genuine person who genuinely cares about other people, and it reflects in her career. With being out of state and buying a house, earning my trust takes a lot. From the start of the process to the video calls with my inspector this morning reassured me that I made the right choice with going with Alliance. Gabriel (I am horrible at names but I think that is his) was extremely professional, detailed in his explanations and made me feel at east with the anxiety I was having with the entire process. Always do your due diligence and own research, but in my humble opinion you cannot go wrong with using Alliance. Thank you everyone! Truly appreciate all of the help and guidance through this entire process. Look forward to working with you again on my next purchase.

We are in the process of purchasing a home and chose alliance to do the home inspection and sewer scope. They did a thorough inspection and had the report back to us quickly where we were on a short time frame. They found several SEVERE issues including a sewer blockage! This home looked perfect cosmetically but come to find out there were so many issues u see the surface.. this company saved us so much money and heart ach in the long run! It was Worth every penny of the inspection and sewer scope! We will be using them again on the new property we are looking at buying! Very happy with our Experience I would def recommend!
