Alliance Construction and Development

I recently hired Alliance Construction and Development to replace two exterior doors at my home, and they did an excellent job. Since the house is older, the project required some unexpected reframing once the original frames were removed. Ron and his crew handled the challenge with skill and quick problem-solving, keeping everything on track despite the surprise. They worked efficiently and were able to complete the job under a tight deadline. Overall, I’m very happy with their work and would gladly recommend their services!

Our house was flooded by Helene last September. We spoke to multiple General Contractors before we decided to go with Alliance. We had a couple of meetings and by the end of January we decided to go with them because they listened to me and my husband (We wanted to get in the house ASAP). They understood what we were going through and provided a detailed proposal and timeline to complete the job. Their knowledge and understanding of the St Petersburg permit process, as well as, what insurance/mortgage request were outstanding. The owner, Ron, was always available for questions and the superintendent, Jim was very knowledgeable with years of experience. The finished job was amazing. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. Alliance delivered on everything and more for us. It was great to do business with them.

We wanted to update our bathroom in Gulfport, so we chose Alliance for a Tampa Bay bathroom remodel. From the first consultation to the final touches, the process was smooth. Valentin and Jim were very detailed in their work, making sure the tiles and fixtures were installed perfectly. Michelle kept communication clear and easy, which made the whole process less stressful. The bathroom now feels modern, fresh, and exactly what we had in mind.
