Last night the electricity went out on half the downstairs of our home. None of the breakers were tripped so we called Jim to schedule the earliest appointment he could make. Jim initially scheduled us for early morning but he called back and told us he'd be there in a half hour. He arrived promptly at 7:30 pm and quickly determined the source of our problem which was a burnt out electrical outlet. You could not ask for more. He was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced.
