Wonderful, honest and professional! My hot water heater was not heating. I had an estimate from another plumbing company. They charged 49.95 to look at my hw heater and quoted me $3,500.00 to replace it. All Star called me and said they would give a free quote. Bobby came out immediately and discovered my husband had just turned a dial wrong. All Star didn't charge us at all. We're seniors citizens and they gave us faith in good people. From $3,500.00 from another company to a caring and honest company made a big difference to us! Thank you All Star. My friend, Katie will be calling you tomorrow for service!

Excellent experience. Johnny evaluated my leaky bathtub faucet, provided me advice on how to take advantage of the cartridge warranty, and made the return and replacement process as smooth as possible. The issue was fixed completely in no time at all. Additionally, he was so kind when he realized that we are a military family in the middle of deployments.
