All Pro Plumbing

we had a leak somewhere underground between the meter and 2 old chicken houses...we had to call in a leak detection service and they needed a hose bib put on the meter so they could run hydrogen tracer gas in the line to find the leak...we had All Pro out to put in the needed part, and it took a LOT of digging, about 2 feet down...then the leak detection service was able to locate the leak and we had All Pro out again to fix it, a lot of digging again...what outstanding service they provide! first off, they are reliable and truly knowledgeable, and their prices are fair...I'm not looking for cheap because you usually get what you pay for, I'm looking for good, reliable service, and I got outstanding service! their communication about appointments is absolutely phenomenal, they call AND text a reminder of the appointment AND when the plumber is on his way out he calls and I get another text notification...they also cleaned up the area nicely where they dug...the first plumber we went with stood us up for 3 days in a row with NO phone call to say they weren't coming out, which is why I switched to All Pro, and I will NEVER use another company now as long as they are in business...customer for life here! obviously I highly recommend them, great people and great company!

We had clogged drains and reached out for help. Our savior arrived driving a van with All Pro Plumbing on the side. The technician was just wonderful! Had the work completed in no time. He didn't waste time (and our money). He got in there and got the nasty job done quickly. With their added ease of payment, taking my credit card on the spot, it was sooo easy and worry free. We have used All Pro several times, continue to be impressed by their professionalism and drive for perfection. The use of plastic floor protection even in the basement on concrete floor, boot covering in the house…. Don’t worry if your house isn’t clean, David will leave it cleaner than how he found it. As a home owner, I’m always wanting a good job cost, I feel the prices are fair…. I’m not just paying for a couple hours of time.., I’m paying for years of experience, certifications, parts, tools, insurance, vehicles, shops, office professionals - all ready to fill my need whenever the need arises. David and Rico did a great job, it was better than what they started with, very pleasant to work with. I am confident that Billy and the All-Pro team will professionally solve my plumbing problems.
