We had an excellent experience with Jovaughn during our annual water heater flush service. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of our system and walked us through the available options, clearly outlining why certain recommendations were important. What I appreciated most was that he educated us without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. It felt like he genuinely wanted us to make an informed decision that was best for our home. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience! Oscar came out the same day I called, gave a fair and transparent quote, and installed two fire bowls and a fire pit beautifully. He’s one of those rare professionals who immediately puts you at ease — courteous, friendly, and clearly an expert at what he does. He took extra care with every detail and left the area spotless. Great vibe, great craftsmanship — highly recommend Oscar for any plumbing or gas line work!

This review should have been posted much sooner. I wanted to replace my water heater that was in an enclosure outside and replace it with a tankless gas unit. The heater stopped working just before Thanksgiving. And I was noticing that the tank was tipping to one side. So I knew there was a issue with the slab that was underneath. The qoute that Oscar gave me was a bit high. Yet I knew there was a lot of work that had to be done. Including getting the gas line up to code. I did not wish to get another qoute, so I went with All Pro. And I have to say that Oscar Cruz and Cord Stuhlmiller did a tremendous job. I could not be happier. They were both professionals. And completed the job in one day. I've added some before and after photos.
