I got home around 2 PM and noticed the smell that was fishy. Decided to Google what could cost such an odor and a lot of people said it was electrical so I started to hunt down the outlet and found it smoking. I did what most people do and started to Google electricians near me, but no one would come out for 2-3 days, no good for this emergency. I called Charles and he was able to quickly guide me through the steps of what to do. He could have charged me an arm and a leg like most of the big companies but he took time out of his evening to help me do it myself. He told me exactly what to get and it did end up being a quick fix but i had peace of mind. He will be the only call i make in the future. A truly honest electrician.

Yes, I had tremendous help from them. They walked me through an outlet inspection. He let me know how to change out one of the circuits. He was very thorough and very understanding and patient. I highly recommend this company and establishment to others in need of electrical service. 5 stars!

I am still in wow mode with Charles of All Lights Electrical! I called a few other electricians before calling All Lights Electrical and the first one I called quoted me a service/diagnostic fee that had my mouth on the floor. I live in a budget world and have to find businesses that are budget friendly while still offering great, honest service. When I called, Charles answered. I told him what the issue was, that my lights were on but there was no power coming from the outlets in my 1950's home, like I explained to the others. He quoted me a service fee price that made me breathe a sigh of relief and then went straight to seeing if he could assist me over the phone. He walk me through troubleshooting it and within minutes my power was restored. The other electricians which had great reviews mentioned all the possible scary reasons my power could be off which meant more money. All Lights Electrical took what I thought was going to be a stressful ordeal and with kind professionalism, knowledgable expertise, Charles eased my mind and walked me through a simple solution. I recommend All Lights Electrical and they will now be my go to for electrical problems.
