I can't begin to tell you what an awesome experience we had with All-Clean USA, they took very good care of us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needed this type of service. Very professional and helpful in all ways.

I had a water leak from my water line of my refrigerator. It happened on a Friday night. Water went straight to the basement and soaked the carpet in several rooms. Also, broke some drop ceiling tiles in the basement’s ceiling. It must have been leaking for at least 24 hours. You can imagine how I felt. But I called my insurance company Saturday morning and they gave me All Cleans phone number. I called them and they showed up within an hour and got started cleaning up. The carpet wasn’t even a year old so I didn’t want to tear it out. They did a water extraction and then put out dehumidifiers and fans. Ran those for a couple days and had everything dried up. Then they steam cleaned the carpets and repaired the ceiling tiles. Even found water upstairs on kitchen floors that wasn’t noticeable till a few days later. They took up the tiles and began dehumidifying it as well. I’m in the process of getting some new flooring put down in the kitchen. These guys took care of everything. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. They took care of my insurance claim and explained it all to me. I gotta say they made this stressful situation much easier to handle. I would totally recommend these guys for any water damage needs. You won’t regret it. A+

From start to finish the All-Clean team/Jonesboro were great! They were quick to respond, quick to schedule, they provided status updates, responded to our questions. They gave us reasonable option estimates and completed the work on time and a within the estimate. I highly recommend.
