Recently, another company came out to clean my vents and tried to scare me with selective pictures, claiming we had a major mold problem. They talked about taping off rooms, setting up containment, and treating it like a full blown infestation, then tried to charge me $5,000. I called Alex immediately. He came out, inspected everything thoroughly, and found the exact spot from the photos. It turned out to be a small patch of surface mold on a group of wires outside the unit, nothing inside the ducts at all. Alex simply wiped it off with bleach and it was done.
