They were able to come the same day to fix my drain issue. Communication to set up appointment, arriving at the unit and telling me what they did was professional and very timely!

We had a clogged drain in the basement, it backed up and flooded half the basement. We had a different company come out, and after 3 visits from them the issue still wasn't fixed. We called Alaska Sewer and Drain. They sent out a technician with a camera. We even received a text when he was on his way. The text included his photo. The technician sent the camera into the drain line, and found the issue right away. He snaked the clog. He even asked us some pertinent questions to help us understand why the clog happened, as well as how to avoid it. He was in and out in an hour. We were very impressed from the initial call to the end result. Everyone was courteous and very professional. We will use them again if the need should ever arise.

These were tough problems requiring time, effort and expertise to fix... and successfully fixed. The key for this second time was their thorough note keeping on the previous job.
