The technician was professional and clearly explained the issue with my AC system. He showed me the dust buildup on the evaporator coil that was causing the odor and performed a thorough cleaning. The problem was resolved and the system is working well again. The service was a bit pricey, but the work was done professionally and I appreciated the clear explanation.
AIS was excellent. Leon taught me how to change the filters and then performed an inspection of our furnace. Leon was very respectful and knowledgeable. I appreciate his service. I always like to use a family-owned business, and I was not disappointed. I want to add that 2 weeks after my annual check up - I had an issue with my heater, and AIS was EXTREMELY responsive and came out to ensure that nothing they did impacted my heater. As it turned out, I had broken my thermostat, and Pete from AIS fixed my issue, and my heater is working again. 10 out of 10 stars for service - I am very impressed with AIS
