We had a great customer service experience with Chris Thomas our service technician today. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about our system, he was actually the technician that installed our system 7 years ago. He was able to troubleshoot our system quickly and even though it was later in the day he insisted on taking the hour round trip back to their facility to pick up the necessary parts so we would be operational today. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciate his work, and because we were on their monthly service plan we paid zero for a $1400 dollar repair. Thank you! Zane Arnold Last week we added humidifier service to or HVAC maintenance contract - the house was dry. Zane came today, probably the fastest, friendliest, professional service we have had. Two minutes to troubleshoot, he had us up and running in 15 minutes. We really value and appreciate the excellent service we had received from Airtron.
