You guys, this company is the best!!! I got home on a Saturday around 3:30pm and my air conditioner wasn’t cooling!!! Right away I thought oh Lord, it’s Saturday. No one‘s gonna be able to come out until Monday. I called and spoke to an AI receptionist who was really good but it ran into a little issue when scheduling my appointment and I wasn’t sure if somebody would really come out the same day as he offered. Minutes later, an actual human called me back and cleared everything up. The technician was at my house at 5:10pm. It was awesome. The technician was very professional, put shoe covers on his shoes and really knew what he was doing. He quickly assessed the situation and gave me a couple of options. The AC was back up and running by 7pm. (It was frozen, so it had to thaw.) We’ve been using this company for over 10 years and they’re still really good. Everyone I speak to there is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.!

You’d be very lucky to have Ramon J be your salesman. He was very patient with us as we were very reluctant to covert our AC systems here away from the Trane brand. The install teams worked simultaneously here, and both systems were installed in the most professional manner. They removed the old systems with ease, and installed the new units just the same. The tech team led by Chris was very knowledgeable, and Chris made followup visits to make sure both units were working at an optimal level, and exceeding our needs and expectations. There online payment system was quick and easy, and provided us the opportunity to rack up our Hilton Honors points via Amex. We are new to Florida (just two years) and this company has earned our trust for life.

To the management of Air on Demand, I am writing to express my complete satisfaction with the service I received from Air on Demand for the cleaning of my home's air duct vents. The entire process, starting with the free estimate, was excellent. I especially appreciated receiving a text with the technician's picture and an estimated arrival time, which is a great safety and customer service measure. The technician who performed the initial inspection was very honest and clearly assessed my issues. The cleaning team, Bernard and Stephano, did an outstanding job. They were highly professional, efficient, and clearly well-trained, not only in the cleaning process but also in their knowledge of AC systems. They completed the work, including the cleaning and fumigation of all my ducts and AC line, very effectively within 2 hours. I highly recommend Air on Demand based on this experience.
