Very professional. We had a great experience beginning to end. Air Professionals took their time to take measurements and make sure they were giving us the proper equipment. On the install day, the techs were polite, thorough, and made sure we understood the system before leaving. Highly recommend and would use again. I've been using Air Professionals since they were recommended to me by a colleague back in 2016 and had to have my entire HVAC system replaced in the condo I had purchased. Today, I requested service for a loud noise from the furnace - Ryan diagnosed the issue quickly and has resolved most of it (waiting on a new inducer motor). As always, I am very happy with the service I've received. The firm is extremely professional, friendly and courteous, and reasonably priced considering the quality equipment they carry (they're a licensed Carrier vendor).

Antonio and his partner were fantastic, arrived right on time, got started right away and completed the job earlier than I thought they would be able to. Antonio reviewed the install, explained everything to me. The job was done very professionally and looks like perfect fit. I am very happy with the install and service, the entire process was very easy. Highly recommend.
