I had a wonderful experience with the AC install in my rental today. The job was quoted to take 8-10 hrs and they were done in 3 and everything looks great! Phil, Corey and Ivan were amazing and professional. I definitely recommend this company.

I had this company install an air conditioning unit, it was not strapped down properly and caused heavy water damage to my home including breaking through a ceiling. When I brought this to the company's attention they offered to have it repaired. I found out their repairman actually worked in another industry and did repair work on the side, so I went through my insurance to get it professionally done. Now ACA has claimed to my insurance company it is not their fault to escape liability. Absolutely awful behavior and customers should know that if they damage your home they will try to weasel their way out instead of correctly handling it. Edit in response to the owner: No one else accessed the attic, only your workers. Your worker stated it was not strapped down properly and vibrated out of place causing the damage. You did not try to fix this in good faith and your efforts were not misrepresented here.
