I've been on the hunt for a genuinely honest HVAC company, and I think I found them. They came highly recommended by a neighbor of mine who had 3-4 different other companies out who all spent like 15 minutes "diagnosing" before telling him it was toast and he needed to replace his whole system. Then somebody from Air Care New Mexico came out, spent an hour diagnosing, and fixed it for $250. I had a similar experience. They came out, spent plenty of time diagnosing and genuinely figuring out how the whole thing worked. Then they did some maintenance, we have a plan for long-term, and they've got a smart solution in mind for how to fix the whole system more permanently once we figure out if it has a refrigerant leak. Honestly amazing work, and they seemed SUPER honest. I'm going to recommend them to everyone.

Scott the technician arrived right on time and co within the first 5 -7 minutes diagnosed the problem with my wall unit heater. He repaired the faulty piece updated our thermostat in a timely manner. Friendly workmanship.

My wife and I had issues with our furnace for last year. I’ve had 9 Different heating air conditioning companies come out the last two I’m not gonna say their names were horrible and I spent over $1000 with no results Scott. The owner of Air Care came out spent an hour and 45 minutes and didn’t charge us to diagnose a problem and got us up and running I highly recommend Air Care New Mexico if anybody has any issues with their AC or home heating unit he’s honest fair and very responsible. we’re very lucky to find him. It just sucks that we had to go through eight different companies.
